Jacqueline Hopkins - Author and Teacher

Jacqueline Hopkins is a native New Yorker who recently published her first book, 35 Ways to Marry the Man of Your Dreams, based on what she learned while a dating single girl, and what she did to get Mr. Right to the altar.  Her book lays out 35 different strategies that she used and swears by to make the man of your dreams fall in love with you and propose marriage.  In the book, she compares what she did wrong before meeting her husband to what she did right when he came into the picture.  Each of the 35 strategies that she details gets its own chapter.  Just a couple of examples:  "Don't Try to Meet Men (Try to Get Men to Meet You)" and "Ask Happily Married Friends for Advice (Not Single Girlfriends Who Don't Have a Clue)."

In addition to being a well-respected published author, Jacqueline is also an award-winning English Language and Literacy teacher.  She is a patient, skilled, and enthusiastic educator who tailors her approach to each students' individual needs.  She is the Winner of the Sarah Fortune Award in Language and Literacy.  She has 25 years of experience teaching children and adults English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Literacy (Reading and Writing).  She obtained her Master of Arts degree in Language and Literacy from The City College of the City University of New York (CCNY) in 1998.
